Investors and brokers all over the city took notice when Intercontinental Exchange, the trading firm in the process of purchasing a division of the NYSE, hit the market and submitted an RPF for about 100,000 SF. ICE’s current lease at 2100 Riveridge Parkway expires this year and the company has definitely been weighing its options.
ICE sources report that there are three contenders for ICE’s business. The first option is The Pavilion at 5780 Powers Ferry Rd, ICE is interested in 128,000 SF of the currently vacant, traditional-style office building owned by ING North America. The second option is The Forum, located in the Piazza at Paces development;ICE would take 212,000 SF in this modern and ornate building. The third and least likely option is a build-to-suit space near their current location on Riveridge.Share
