Three New Stunning Towers Slated for Symphony Center Site

98 14th Street I

More plans for the 2 million square foot development at the former Symphony Center site have been revealed. A team comprised of Olympia Heights Management, Ashkenzay Acquisition Corp, and Acquitectonia is working to develop the project, which will include three high-rise residential towers, stores, restaurants, and a hotel. The team hopes to close on the 4-acre parcel between One Atlantic Center and 1180 Peachtree by the end of April. The project, called 98 14th Street, is a great example of renewed investor interest in urban infill projects throughout the city.
