Although most believe that building a speculative office tower might be getting a little too far ahead,” Tishman Speyer is determined to get their proposed office tower Three Alliance off the ground – and into the sky. This will be the first new spec tower in Atlanta in almost seven years. Encouraged by the growth Atlanta has experienced in the business and professional service industry, Tishman Speyer hopes to break ground on the 30-story Three Alliance as soon as next month; they hope to receive their certificate of occupancy by September 2016.
This will be Tishman Speyer’s third “Alliance” building in the complex. Over the past few years, they’ve sold Alliance One and Two to Highwoods Properties. Three Alliance will have a different “essence” than its older siblings One and Two. Three Alliance will complement the look of those two towers, but will feature hundreds of windows with tinted glass that with interact with the sunlight in different ways depending on the time of day and year.Share
