AirWatch, the nation’s largest provider of mobile device management services, made headlines in 2012 when it signed a 130,000 SF lease at 1155 Perimeter Center. Governor Nathan Deal spoke at a January 25th press conference at AirWatch’s headquarters when AirWatch announced its plans to invest $60 million in an expansion that could ultimately bring 800 jobs to Atlanta in the coming years.
To house all of these new employees, AirWatch will be looking for an additioanl 90,000 SF pf office space in the Central Perimeter submarket. Most speculate that AirWatch will lease 30,000 SF that remains available in their current building and look elsewhere for the remaining 60,000 SF.
It gets even better for Atlanta – AirWatch’s growth shows no signs of stopping. The company is growing by 40% every single quarter and has twice as many employees as its nearest competitor.Share
