State Farms Inks Two More Lease Deals in Central Perimeter

Surely the Central Perimeter submarket is out of space now, right? A few weeks ago, everyone thought that State Farm would probably sign a 100,000 SF deal in Three Ravinia; CBRE had been working with current tenants for months in order to make room for the insurance giant. But no one expected they would also head down the street to take more than 150,000 SF at Ashford Perimeter, too. But that’s exactly what happened. Their second deal at Ashford Perimeter is a huge win for Crocker Partners, who recently purchased the office building at the Ashford Dunwoody and I-285 interchange.
