Tishman Speyer has quite the history with Alliance Center. In 2012, they sold Two Alliance to Highwoods Properties for upwards of $150 million, making it one of the most expensive office deals Atlanta has seen in years. In 2013, Tishman Speyer gave up on One Alliance Center, which they owned 10% of, and let it go back to Orix Capital, a special servicer.
Now the firm is making more waves in Alliance Center by announcing their plans to build Three Alliance, a 500,000 SF Class A office tower. Renderings of the proposed building have been made available on Tishman Speyer’s website, and if all goes according to these plans, the building will be unlike anything Atlanta has ever seen. As it stands, the building will offer panoramic views of the city through a faceted glass curtain wall system. A delivery date is yet to be released.Share
