Ram Realty Partners is taking advantage of the moves being made by Atlanta’s biggest players, namely the Atlanta Braves and State Farm. Given the recent explosion of the Central Perimeter submarket, thanks to State Farm and the impending explosion in Cobb as the county prepares for the Braves’ arrival in 2017, Ram has decided to invest in two major multi-family assets in hopes of capitalizing on the areas’ projected growth.
Ram Realty Partners has purchased the Aventine at Ashford and the Aventine at Vinings, in the Central Perimeter and Cumberland/Galleria submarkets respectively. The privately-held investment company shelled out over $70 million for the two assets and plans to rebrand them as Rock Creek at Ashford and Rock Creek at Vinings. Ram has already assumed property management roles in both complexes and will renovate the interior and exterior of all units on-site.Share
