Ponce City Market Draws Interest

Ponce City Market

Atlanta credit card processing company Cardlytics is considering Jamestown’s Ponce City Market, the redevelopment of the former Sears warehouse, for its new 100,000 Sh headquarters. When company reps spoke about the interest in Ponce City Market, they noted that their current leases do not expire until March 2015, and company executives will not make any final decisions until the end of the year.

Cardlytics started with just 900 SF and has expanded rapidly; they now take up 19,000 SF at Stoveworks, another 11,000 SF in the Southern Dairies building, and have a 9,000 SF expansion already in the works. In addition to Ponce City Market, reps stated that the company is also considering a built-to-suit option on a pad site within the Stoveworks campus.
