Parmenter Switches Gears


Parmenter Realty Partners spend much as 2013 unloading various office assets across the Atlanta market.; in a span of 12 months, they unloaded Gwinnett Commerce Center, 1000 Parkwood Circle, and Overlook III. Company reps report that 2014 is going to be different than 2013. This year, Parmenter will be buying, and they’ve got over $500 million to spend (thanks to all those dispositions last year). Parmenter reps indicated that the firm has a lot of confidence in the Atlanta market and is looking to scoop up some value-add plays in the most active submarkets (Central Perimeter, Cumberland/Galleria, Buckhead, and Midtown).
