The turn-around can be credited to Jamestown Properties, who has worked diligently to make the project appealing and welcoming for prospective tenants.
The athenahealth deal has given us some great insight into the amenities Jamestown is offering to prospective tenants in exchange for signing a lease. Jamestown is offering prospective tenants Tenant Improvement Allowance (athenahealth got $70 PSF), MARTA shuttles that circulate every 15 minutes, free rent (athenahealth got 1 year free), free on-site daycare for employees’ children, and numerous other amenities like free bicycle parking and shower stations for those who bike to and from the office.Share
