MARTA has recently announced that four more of its transit stations will undergo redevelopment as MARTA forward with its campaign to turn stations into “destinations” while increasing ridership and revenues. MARTA has issued Requests For Expressions of Interest (RFEIs) to interested development teams for the following stations:

Midtown
North Avenue

The newly formed fund purchased the 700,000 SF office park in Cobb County from CBRE Global Investors just weeks after Allstate announced their decision to lease 100k SF at the property.
