Joint Venture Buys Midtown’s AT&T Complex

AT&T Complex

KanAm has sold the two buildings that make up AT&T’s midtown office complex for $225 million. A joint venture made up of Cole Real Estate Investments and Macfarlan Capital Partners purchased the 794,000 SF campus, which was originally constructed for AT&T to consolidate their Atlanta operations into a single location. In conjunction with the sale, AT&T signed an 11-year extension on their current lease.
