IHG Narrows Search for HQ Site

100 Northpark

A few weeks back, we wrote about IHG’s scouting mission in the Atlanta market for office space and the chances of the company deciding to build new, as most of the big chunks of space have been taken by State Farm.  When we reported on the story, we didn’t know where IHG was planning to go, we just knew that they were anxious to get out of Three Ravinia (they probably didn’t want State Farm as neighbors). We’ve learned that IHG is taking a closer look at two sites to possible anchor a new development. Sources confirm that both Perimeter Summit and 100 Northpark are options for anchoring IHG’s new development.
