Gwinnett’s Plan to Bring Them Back

50038 Pleasant Hill Road @ I-85 Diamond Interchange

Gwinnett County is doing whatever it takes to bring investors and businesses back – including infrastructure changes and financial incentives. In an effort to bring more office jobs to the county, Gwinnett has established several opportunity zones that will give tax credits to those companies who create two or more jobs; And their strategy is already starting to pay off – Rock-Tenn decided to remain in Gwinnett and Primerica has chosen the county as the site for its new headquarters.

Gwinnett County is also making changes to its infrastructure to ease accessibility and commute concerns from perspective investors. A diamond interchange is set to be constructed where Pleasant Hill Road crosses I-85, which should reduce congestion by 25%.
