Glenfield Capital Focuses on Peachtree Corners, Johns Creek

We’ve talked a lot about in-town investment, like the sales of Northpark Town Center and 1155 Perimeter Center West, but we haven’t heard as much in terms of investment outside of the Perimeter. And this just happens to be where Glenfield Capital is focusing the majority of their investments. Glenfield Capital recently purchased the Lakeside at Spaulding Triangle earlier this year and now controls about 650,000 SF of office space between Peachtree Corners and Johns Creek. Glenfield reps are confident in this area’s fundamental and believe that the real estate in this area offers as much value as in-town buys, especially as office prices increase in the wake of Atlanta’s recovery.
