Restoration Hardware has had their eye on the former ESPNZone site in Buckhead for months. The site, which has sat vacant for more than 2 years and is located at 3030 Peachtree Road, will be demolished to make room for a six-story “full line design gallery.” Sources from Restoration Hardware are excited about the store, saying that fully expresses the changes the brand has undergone and will take the customer experience to a whole new level. The flagship store will be larger than Restoration Hardware’s current locations in Dawsonville and Central Perimeter and incorporate various new collections, such as babies/children and small spaces. Construction is expected to cost around $20 million according to permits filed with the city.
