A few weeks ago, we reported that Fiserv was looking to consolidate their Atlanta locations and relocate from their current headquarters in Peachtree Corners. While unconfirmed, sources reported the company showing interest in a built-to-suit option along Georgia 400. It now looks as though Fiserv has narrowed their choices down to two options.
The first option is indeed a built-to-suit option on a pad site owned by Pope & Land at the corner of Haynes Bridge Rd and Georgia 400 in Fulton County. Sources confirm that if Fiserv decides to go with this option, it would mean developing anywhere from 350,000 SF to 500,000 SF of office space from the ground up.
The second option is an existing complex – Cobalt Corporate Center, located off Windward Parkway. The 376,000 SF campus was purchased last year for $20 million by M & J Wilkow. The property has been marketed to single-users for the last year.Share
