Lindbergh City Center, which includes the two former AT&T towers that total 955,000 SF, has just secured a loan for $24.5 million. Sources say that the money will be used to construct two more buildings on site, one of which will be a Dunkin’ Donuts, as well as provide capital for leases with new tenants to decrease the buildings’ vacancy rates.

Atlanta-based development firm Carter is heading up the re-development project that will begin hopefully bring new life to complex. Carter is no stranger to the site; they worked with BellSouth on this same site a few years back to help them launch a campaign that resulted in about 30% of their employees using MARTA; Lindbergh City Center was one of three site chosen by Carter and BellSouth to help realize their transit goals.
