Ernst & Young Announces Plans for IT Center in Atlanta

Accounting form Ernst & Young has announced its plan to open an $8.5 million IT center in Alpharetta that will create as many as 400 new jobs over the next five years. To kick the project off, Ernst & Young will lease about 25,000 SF in Sanctuary Park’s Lakeview building I, located about 25 miles north of Atlanta. Sanctuary Park (owner: JP Morgan) was represented by JLL’s Jeff Bellamy and Adam Viente; Ernst & Young was represented by Glenn Dyke and Kristin Olson of CBRE.

The office markets in Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and Brookhaven, generally known as the Central Perimeter, accounted for more than 1 million square feet in office space absorbed last year.
