The Integral Group is looking to “set a new standard” in Midtown by constructing an enormous multi-family tower on the site between the Viewpoint and 805 Peachtree buildings on Peachtree St. According to the proposed plans, the overall development could cost about $70 million and include a 35-story tower housing 400 apartment units and as much as 24,000 SF of retail. Egbert Perry, CEO of The Integral Group, said that this tower is designed specially with the new generation of workers in mind, workers like want to live and play where they work as opposed to commute in from the suburbs like past generations.
The Integral Group has been busy with developments all over the city. The firm recently completed Centennial Place, a $153 million mixed-use project, and Centennial Park North, a $45 million townhome community, where the Techwood Homes used to stand. The firm could potentially re-develop the 167-acre GM plant overlooking I-285 in Doraville.Share
