Central Perimeter Target for Huge Mixed-Used Project


Hines Interests LP has begun the process of jumping through hoops to get their plans for an enormous mixed-used development in Sandy Springs approved. If approved, “Northpark 100,” as the project has been named, will include 1.5 million SF of office, 150,000 SF of retail, 500 units of multi-family housing, and 250-room hotel. Hines will need variance, rezoning, and use permits in order to break ground on the project, which is nestled between Abernathy, Peachtree-Dunwoody, and Mt Vernon roads.
