Cardlytics is the second tech company to commit to Ponce City Market. Jamestown reps announced earlier that Cardlytics plans to take 74,000 SF in the redevelopment formerly known as the Sears distribution and warehouse center. Cardlytics’ workforce is currently split between two campuses, one at the Stoveworks development and the other in the Southern Dairies building off North Ave.
If Jamestown keeps it up, they will have 90% of the office aspect of the project pre-leased by the end of 2013. Jamestown reps say that companies like Cardlytics are exactly who the Ponce City Market is designed for a “place where innovative companies can enjoy authentic work spaces and a dynamic experience.” Tech companies seem to be flocking to Ponce City Market because the majority of these companies are finding their new talent in Millennials, who demand to “live and play where they work.”Share
