A few weeks ago, we reported on the “luckiest firm in real estate,” Scott & Associates, who purchased the Circle 75 Office Park just weeks before the Braves organization announced their plans to move the team from Downtown and built a new complex and accompanying entertainment district in the Cumberland/Galleria market. The office park sits directly across from the proposed stadium.
In the 45 days since Scott & Associates has taken ownership, they have seen unparalleled leasing activity. The father-son team has closed more than 80,000 SF in deals across the complex. Centene Corp took an enormous chunk of this space when they agreed to a 55,000 SF deal at 1100 Circle 75 Pkwy, one of the three buildings encompassed in the office park. No doubt the buildings’ proximity to the new stadium and entertainment district have had positive impact on activity seen by Scott & Associates.Share
