Another Incubator Headed for Ponce City Market?

A few weeks ago, we reported the Scoutmob’s co-founder Michael Tavani was in talks with Jamestown to lease about 30,000 SF for a design-focused incubator within the Ponce City Market re-development project. We have just learned that another company focused on fostering start-ups is headed for the former Sears warehouse building, too. General Assembly, which operates “schools” that focus on nurturing entrepreneurs, will take about 17,500 SF on the second floor of the project. This will be General Assembly’s ninth location and their first in Atlanta.
