Another Bullish Year for Atlanta CRE

2013 was a great year for the Atlanta as the market seemed to shake the after-effects of the recent recession; in some cases, we saw vacancy and rental rate figures that mirrored those before the recession hit in 2007-2008. Most CRE professionals agree that we are seeing fundamentals recover in Atlanta’s core submarkets (Buckhead, Midtown, Downtown, etc.) and that even with demand increasing at a slow rate that real income growth is likely in coming years. Most speculate that 2014 will be an even better year that 2013 and should see greater rent growth than any other year since the recession.
