Last year, mobile security provider AirWatch announced plans to add 800 jobs in Atlanta; shortly after, they moved into 130,000 SF of space at 1155 Perimeter Center. The firm quickly followed up with a 30,000 SF expansion of the space just a few months after inking the initial lease.
It seems as though AirWatch, which currently employs twice as many people as its nearest competitor, isn’t done yet, though. They’ve announced their intentions to add another 400 jobs to their Atlanta office in the coming months. Sources say that in order to house 400 new employees, their operations will have to expand by another 60,000 SF, give or take. Alan Dabbiere, AirWatch Chairman, says that over the coming year the firm will explore different options and determine whether an expansion or relocation in the future would be more appropriate for their long-term goals and growth plans.Share
