Ackerman Sells Centrum at Glenridge


Believe it or not, someone other than State Farm has purchased an office building in the Central Perimeter submarket. Origin Capital has purchased the 183,360 SF Centrum at Glenridge from Ackerman & Co for $28.5 million. The building is currently 84% leased, and Origin plans to invest in several interior and exterior improvements to increase the occupancy in the future. Haverty’s is the anchor tenant in the building, and just signed a long-term renewal.
