Shan is the Principal of Wildmor Realty, and he specializes in corporate headquarters strategic planning to help clients reduce their operational costs expenses and consolidate their operations. Shan grew up in the Atlanta market and has relationships throughout the city which allow him to gather intelligence and knowledge to leverage during the transaction process. On a national basis, Shan’s transaction volume is over $500 million. Prior to creating Wildmor Realty in 2003, Shan spent several years with CB Richard Ellis and then Trammell Crow Company as a leading tenant rep.
Michelle provides her clients with strategic planning and real estate solutions by offering a comprehensive understanding of their overall corporate goals and objectives. She then leverages her in-depth market knowledge and understanding of current market conditions in order to align her clients’ real estate needs with their business strategy. Her primary focus is on corporate asset services, portfolio management, property acquisitions and dispositions, subleasing, and lease renewals for local and multi-market clients. She provides real estate consulting services and detailed financial analysis during all phases of a real estate acquisition or disposition assignment.
Margaret is a Director in Wildmor’s Atlanta office and has almost ten years of commercial real estate experience. She is primarily responsible for analysis and focuses on the financial criteria that affects final deal negotiations and flexibility for the future. She also oversees the negotiation of commercial leases across the country. Prior to joining Wildmor, Margaret worked as a loan officer in business lending and managed a portfolio of small business customers with yearly sales ranging between $1 million and $10 million.
Brett has managed and developed projects in the Atlanta area for over 20 years. Prior to joining the Wildmor Project Management Team, Brett led a team of 55 project managers with CB Richard Ellis as the Atlanta Director for Project Management and has successfully managed diverse construction projects for corporate users, including programming, planning, and design through construction.
David Ellis joined Wildmor Realty, Inc. in 2015, specializing in tenant representation for office and industrial users, with clients ranging from local technology start-ups to FORTUNE 500 firms. David brings a comprehensive local market expertise to each of the over 250 transactions he has closed since 2005. His 10-year practice is built on market expertise, professionalism, and personal integrity.
Navigating the ever-changing commercial real estate market can be an overwhelming and frustrating challenge. David walks clients through every step of the process for a seamless and successful transaction. His approach is deeply client-centric: he works closely with clients to understand their unique needs, then leverages his extensive market research, transaction expertise, and polished negotiating skills to find property solutions tailored to each client.
Prior to joining Wildmor Realty, Inc., David spent 10 years with Ackerman & Co., where he was the exclusive representative of more than a million square feet of industrial and office properties throughout Metro Atlanta.
Elisa joined the Wildmor team in 2013 as the Director of Contract Administration. Elisa assists in drafting, editing, and facilitating the execution of the documents exchanged during any transaction, including Requests for Proposals, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Letters of Intent, Leases, and Commencement Letters. Elisa’s responsibilities also include critical date tracking and other facts of transaction management to ensure that all deals are processed smoothly and according to schedule, with all documentation in order.
Jackie joined the Wildmor team in February 2016 as its Director of Marketing.
