230 Peachtree Goes to Back to Portman

230 Peachtree

Inspired by a new cycle of investment and development in Atlanta, Portman Holdings has re-entered the Atlanta market. The firm has purchased 230 Peachtree, the 415k SF tower in the middle of the Downtown submarket. This isn’t the first time the asset has been in Portman’s hands; the firm designed and developed the tower in the 60s. Portman plans to renovate the first nine floors of the building and rebrand the section as a Hotel Indigo, while the top floors will remain office space.
